QJ（D/S）V、QJ（D/S）VY型(xing)精(jing)小型氣(qi)動V型(xing)調節球閥由氣(qi)動活(huo)塞式(shi)執行機構和帶(dai)V型切(qie)口的部分(fen)球面(mian)形的整體(ti)式(shi)球閥組成(cheng)。屬(shu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)類調節球閥。
氣(qi)動V型(xing)調節球閥以壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣(qi)為動(dong)力源(yuan)。接(jie)受(shou)控制系(xi)統(tong)來(lai)的4—20mA DC（0—10mA DC）訊號，通(tong)過(guo)電氣(qi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)或電—氣(qi)閥門定位(wei)器(qi)將(jiang)電信號(hao)轉(zhuan)化成(cheng)閥門動作(zuo)所(suo)需要(yao)的(de)氣(qi)信號(hao)，對(dui)調節球閥進行調節。
氣(qi)動V型(xing)調節球閥，其流道(dao)通暢(chang)，流(liu)量(liang)系(xi)數(shu)大(da)，可(ke)調範圍(wei)大(da)，密(mi)封性(xing)能好(hao)。其帶(dai)V型切(qie)口的閥芯(xin)，對(dui)閥座具有良好的剪切(qie)作用，使該產(chan)品(pin)適用於石(shi)油(you)化工、造(zao)紙(zhi)、汙水處理(li)及冶金等行業(ye)，對含有纖維(wei)和顆粒(li)的懸濁(zhuo)液(ye)介質(zhi)進行流量(liang)控制，特別適用於制漿(jiang)、造(zao)紙(zhi)生產(chan)過程中的(de)紙漿(jiang)、白(bai)水、黑(hei)液(ye)、白(bai)液等懸浮顆(ke)粒(li)流體(ti)及濃濁(zhuo)狀流體(ti)介(jie)質(zhi)的自(zi)動調節。
氣(qi)動活(huo)塞式(shi)執行結(jie)構可(ke)分(fen)為單(dan)作用和雙(shuang)作(zuo)用兩(liang)種(zhong)。雙(shuang)作(zuo)用使用在失電或失氣(qi)時(shi)，閥門處於失電或失氣(qi)時(shi)，閥門處於原(yuan)始極(ji)限位(wei)置(zhi)（全(quan)開(kai)或全(quan)閉），以確(que)保(bao)生產(chan)過程處於安(an)全(quan)位(wei)置(zhi)。
